Returns

The policy

• You have 7 days from delivery or pickup to return your order.
• Any reason is fine. You don't have to explain.
• Opened bottles are included.
• Returns are free.
• We refund you to your original payment method once we receive the return.

How to start a return

Message Hisham on WhatsApp with your order number. He'll arrange the return with you in the chat: drop it off at our Montréal store (2235 avenue du Mont-Royal Est), or we send you a free return label.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we refund the full amount to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
